Canadian forestry firm Canfor Pulp Products Inc. is kicking off a new multimillion-dollar cleantech project working with an Australian based startup that has developed a process to convert biomass into biofuel.
The Shell Canada Energy Quest Project is the world’s first commercial-scale carbon capture and storage project to tackle carbon emissions related to oilsands operations, this project safely stores more than one million tonnes of CO2 emissions annually.
